Signature Coffee and Grill is located at Kemang, a super commercial area and culinary center in Jakarta. Signature is established since November 2013 and consists of 3 floors. The red door with design "red telephone box" typical London is a characteristic of Signature from outside of the café. Good news for coffee lovers! Signature is a very cozy place and unique. Besides selling coffees with premium quality at affordable price, Signature is also providing another delicious menu for the customers! Specifically grilled dishes that are really complete and absolutely yum!

"Good Coffee Makes Good Life" is the motto of Signature. In accordance with their motto, Signature comes for coffee lovers as the best choice with their 100% premium Arabica beans that are originally produced from 7 regions in Indonesia. Such as Aceh Takengon, Bali Kintamani, Flores Bajawa, Java Malabar, Mandailing, Papua Wamena, and Toraja Sapan which each of them has their own characteristic. And yesssshhh! The coffee in here always served in extremely fresh, specially roasted daily in shop.

One of the proofs of the high quality Signature Coffee and Grill can be seen from the extraction technique by using Espresso Mirage "Van Der Westen" machine from Netherlands, as well as brewing manual tools such as Syphon, Hario V60, Clever Chemex, and French Fresh. Cold brew is worth a trying, because the technical presentation of Signature's coffee always shows on the table. The other drinks that are worth trying are Frappe (blended coffee), Milk Shake, Green Tea Latte, Herbal Tea, and Fresh Juice.

Grilled dishes are the second characteristic of Signature, after the coffee. Incredibly unique combination between the coffee and the grilled dish, due both of them actually fit in and taste great! Another uniqueness is located at one of the grilled dishes that named "Grilled Steak with Spicy Rendang". This menu presents due to the boredom of the steak sauce which is very common and nothing else. Signature becomes the first in presenting the Indonesian taste with rendang sauce on the steak menu.

Furthermore, another harmony fusion between coffee and grilled dish presents in the menu "Rubbed Burger", where the taste of coffee will pop out when munching the grilled patty of the burger. Beside the grilled menu, Signature also has variant starter menu, salad, pasta, soup, Indonesian food, and absolutely......the best desserts! My favourite one is the Chocolate Melt Cake, with its delectable melting chocolate. Yum!!!

Signature is under management of Rayyan Global Investama Limited Liability Company and was founded by some young entrepreneurs. They are Muhammad Assad, Edwyn Rahmat, Riefki Murdhanny, Dini Adnan, Didith Noerdiansyah, and Wimbar. Currently, Signature has two branches that are located at Grand Slipi Tower and Kemang.
